the location was convenient , close to everything i needed. i liked the provided fan since the bedroom window didn't open fully. the gastro pub food was excellent , a definite highlight of my stay. my room was clean , and that really impressed me.
the bed felt a bit too soft , which is just my preference, but others might love it.

the room was clean the food at the restaurant was cooked beautifully. all staff catered to my food allergies without fuss the staff welcomed me.
i stayed in a room where the window did not open it was very stuffy even with the fan. the bathroom was a wet room it was very wet also the extractor fan did not work.

i found the staff very positive. they were friendly and helpful. the food tasted well cooked and delicious. it was a great experience altogether.
i noticed a very slight problem with the tv remote. it seemed a little dusty.

I stayed here before an early flight. James was helpful with details. I enjoyed a good meal and a pint at the restaurant. Breakfast at 3:30 am was available, that was handy.
I found a slight delay at check-in, but it was not a big deal.
